Receipt Token

When locking a token to be used for staking on Motions in a colony, those funds no longer appear in a users wallet, this can be confusing and scary for unknowing users.

The idea would be to create a receipt token when users lock/activate tokens within a colony so that they see tokens in their wallet related to their staked tokens.
